Can SP1 update being installed on Windows 7 RC?

    Some people are saying that their windows is expired and restarts in every 2 hours. I think it can only happen if they are running the RC version (7100) of the system. (Am I right?) If it is so, then how on earth can ther systeminfo say that their build number is 7601? Can the SP1 installed on the RC? Or where i'am wrong? :confused:

    I believe you will see this behavior if someone installed a beta or rc version of SP1 on a machine running the rtm version of Windows (7600).

    OMFG I've totally forgot about the beta/rc SP1 updates. Thanx ;)
