    Hi,

I have a Fujitsu Primergy Econel 100 S2 here and according to the Fujitsu Technical Support department, the machine is Certified for use with Windows Server 2008 R2 Foundation.
I have run the SLIC Toolkit against the server and it doesn't find a SLIC table, however, the OEM Fujitsu Server 2008 R2 Foundation DVD we purchased, activates against the machine.
Is it possible, that owing to the unusual nature of Fujitsu BIOSes (quirky Phoenix), the SLIC Toolkit doesn't find the table (I imagine this is not so, as the BIOS must surely represent the marker to the OS in the same place every time?)
As I understand, Server 2008 R2 Foundation is not available through any channel other than OEM. Surely this means it must reply on SLIC to activate?
    The Product ID is 00478-OEM-8470513-76681

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for the reply Sebus.

The checker report that it is a NONSLP OEM version.
