Can you identify Slic Table without booting??

    Is it possible to identify the slic table with the slic tool v.3.2 (or any other way) if you have a computer with a corrupted version of windows and cannot boot properly? I have always used the tool inside windows to identify a slic table as (none, 2.0 or 2.1). Is it possible to boot to a flash drive or cd to detect the table on computers with this type of problem? Regards...
