Cannot Activate WHS

    Hi all, have now been trying to activate my WHS for 3 days without success. Here what i have done. Updated the BIOS with SLIC 1.0 for XP (HP.BIN). The OEMBIOS changer says with the check SLP strings "Windows XP OEMBIOS F:ASUS OEMBIOS.CAT CRC= 2411858C and F: Genuine OEMBIOS.CAT CRC=8B2EBECB. I have now tried these with OEMBIOS changer and still the activation is nagging. Do i need to make a fresh install or what might be wrong? Motherboard is an ASUS P5W DH Deluxe:confused: Still 23 days to go

    Sorry Sebus but how do i insert the correct file in to bios found on that page and i have tried with HP 2003 CRC-D107C3EA set. I think the problem is my Bios mod

    Yes, you need to make a BIOS mod with SLP string Hewlett-Packard, or easier, flash with original BIOS & then use the Tatoo CD (also in XP stickies)

    I got it working with correct Bios files. Thanks for pushing me to correct direction.
