I've been trying to add my old Hotmail account to my Outlook 2010 here in Windows 7, only to either get the message to input a Exchange server address, or that the app password doesn't work, and the password keep popping up, even after typing in the app password. As I don't know where to look, or what to look for, I am writing this thread here, to get some input from any other human being, instead of a search engine online. Although this worked on my desktop. With the same app password on my laptop, it refuses to work. Also, I want to avoid setting up my @Hotmail address manually, by typing in all the necessary settings in the manual account setup, as that doesn't sync my contacts and calendar, which is what I need.
