yes it works... triggering a dialog box that says I still have some tasks to do before leaving ! could it be because we are inbetween to rtms ?
I do want to quit, I am owner of a digital license. btw wouldn't updating to 10586 over 14257 solve the issue ? I guess I'll find all files and progs up and running after that.
I thought if you op out it gives you the opportunity to make the stable released version, then it uninstalls windows 10 leaving you with a blank system. You then install what ever version you want.... If its a pirated version, it just removes windows 10 and doesn't give you the chance to make a version of windows tool for making you own copy...
It's all legit with digital icense. my conclusion is you are not allowed to opt out the preview between to "general public" releases, to do so you must install the current "general public" rls via clean install or "in place" install.
