    Have you tried connecting to a different USB port or tried another USB cable.

    Yes i had tried it. i tried all port after i changed cable but nothing helped.

    there is no firmware dload for it. so i doubt its a usb issue due to its firmware... likely faulty component inside printer on board.

    likely u plugged in and didnt install driver first. and the UAC stopped driver install.

    i tried everything but nothing. i also tried to install that printer to another PC but same problem occurred.

    printer usb board is faulty.. exchange printer since its new.

    i changed usb cable with another cable which was connected to other PC for testing and it worked in that PC. so the cable was problem. thanks above all of you.
