Hello, I' having an issue with browsing some sites in Opera browser. I get "This site can’t provide a secure connection" error far too often but it's not persistent. Sometimes the sites work without the issues, other times the same sites throw this error. Enabling VPN resolves this error and I could browse normally. This error is random and appears on any site except for the big sites like Google, Cloudflare, Youtube and other. Could anyone help me resolve this error ? OS: Windows 8.1 Opera version: 97 DNS: Google (HTTPS) Time and Date on the PC is accurate. I cleared the browser cache (except the cookies) but to no avail. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
@ceo54 Most likely, the problem is not with your computer, but with the internet speed, and the site's certificate is simply not being downloaded correctly or completely. It may or may not help if you delete the downloaded certificates from the cache memory. Maybe there are some outdated certificates and your web browser will read them. After deleting them, the next time you open the website, all certificates will be downloaded again.
Thank you for the help Kaljukaas. Ah! I see, yea that's plausible as I have a very unstable stone age internet connection. How can I delete the certificates ?
