i just got a new Toshiba laptop with windows 7 already on it. I did a clean install of windows 7 but i cant activate the windows. when i try to install the certificate i get the error :On a computer running Microsoft windows non-core edition run “slui.exe 0×2a0xBBA". Any help would be appreciated.

Also slic toolkit doesnt seem to working, it just opens a command prompt and shuts down instantaneously.

Make sure you are typing the correct file name when installing certificate.

Rename the certificate to Toshiba and place it in C:\

Open command prompt as administrator and type

    slmgr /ilc C:\Toshiba.xrm-ms

Well, at least it works... Maybe the PC needed to "soak in" the cert... xD
