Hello, I recently installed Metasploit on my PC. When I try to launch web iu, I get the error "Can't connect to localhost." I tried using slashes (\\), but still nothing. Also, Nessus connects fine. What should I do? Should I change the port with a reinstall?

try replacing localhost with your internal network IP. e.g. 192.168.1.123

How do I disable/uninstall privoxy? I looked in IE Settings but couldn't find anything. Privoxy website doesn't have any info on uninstalling. I also can't find privoxy in "search." How do I disable it?

I remember setting up a proxy for a Cert class (it had instructions.) I guess I can look through and try to find that chapter. Privoxy doesn't show up in "Uninstall Programs."

I found the settings in "LAN Settings" in Internet Options. I disabled using a proxy. Now I get "this page can't be displayed."
