can't delete file

    Hello MDL,


    i would like to delete a dll file and copy another file on it but have such trouble. see below attached screenshots.


    i tried to end process from Task manager but un avaible it too.


    please help me.

    Take Ownership or Safe mode or try Unlocker.

    it might be installed as a service as well, so check for a running service and stop it

    but safe mode is an easy solution as well, or any tools out there that will delete locked files on reboot
