Hello, I'm working with a fresh install of windows 7 professional. All updates installed except KB970133.

I've run WAT Fix and WindowsLoader sucessfully. When I try to click the Download button on the Genuine Microsoft Software window nothing happens. I've gone through the troubleshooting, but the information bar never shows up asking if I want to run the software.

I've done some searching and not found anything, if this is a super simple fix please just link me to that thread. :mushy:

Why you use Wat Fix and Windows Loader together?Make sfc/scannow and run only Windows Loader!I hope this is help you:rolleyes:!

I think you need to install KB970133 and then validate. Dunno for certain. I do know that KB970133 is not an issue, all updates are fine to install.

Daz loader has no problems with KB970133 and you do need to install it to validate.

It is best to use internet explorer to validate, and allow it to run and install anything it wants. You must not disable activex scripts. One of the things it will want to install is kb971033.

Among other things, Wat Fix actually invokes sfc/scannow. But running it is not really a prerequisite for installing the loader, provided the system has not been tampered with otherwise.

So basically: Don't worry about WAT fix. Install KB970133 and verify?
    I'll give it a shot!

Edit: Seems to have worked perfectly! Thanks for helping me figure it out!
