when i try to download windows 7 from MSDN AA it appear like this:

    An error has occured

The delivery client has encountered an error and is unable to continue.
Please review the error and try again.

    Error Code: SDC00400
Unable to complete the download, which is typically caused by:

    (a) an error in the configuration of the download package, usually due to a bad hosting location
    (b) no Internet connection found
    (c) Internet connection lost
    (d) a firewall or proxy server between the client station and hosting location, or
    (e) insufficient disk space to download.

I tried merging the two sdc files and then unpacking the merged file from the command prompt. Is there any way around to unpack these two files?

It said "This is not a sdc file or this format is not supported"

Find anywhere on the web (torrents) the Windows 7 Professional MSDN ISO. It's the same ISO, that you've try to download.
