I have tried repeatedly to install office 2013 and 2016 to my windows 10 professional machine. Each time it starts to install it says an error occurred and then I get the Microsoft Setup Bootstrapper has stopped working message. I have tried everything from changing permissions, doing a clean boot, making sure any previous versions of Office are uninstalled, created a new account and tried to install, and nothing helped. I thought about just trying Office 2010 because Im at my wits end. Any thoughts?
