I have this really, really irritating problem due to which I can't use VAMT 3.0. I can't install SQL Server 2012 x64 properly in my Windows 8 RTM x64. Everytime I try to install it, I get this error: When I click on OK, the installation proceeds & it finishes. After that, I see this screen: So due to the first two features not being installed, I am not able to connect to the database in VAMT 3.0, & hence not use it. Anybody has any suggestions? I've googled for long hours, tried various possible solutions, but none worked.
