so i assume your printer is Brother's HL-L2340DW if u have a machine running 1803 u should be ok until MS fixes that bug feedback hub...also are u running the latest driver for your printer? try deleting everything again from your 1903 machine including whats in the registry and try again but this time first install your printer using the USB cable then setup the wireless configuration and see if that works.
