Can't run Ubunto 11.04 live CD in a AMD machine

    Hi,

    I have made a Ubunto 11.04 live CD using a natty-desktop-amd64.iso.
    My machine have a AMD 3600 + CPU and chipsets are AMD 690G AMD SB600 with integrated display X1200 series.
    In the past, the same machine could run the Ubuntu 8.xx and 9.00 version live CD

    Could any guru give any advise, please.

    It was 50.849769 kernel panic: not syncing : Attempted to kill init!

    Same error here ... But here goes the boot ...
