    I..

    don't think you understand.

When Ubuntu boots with the GRUB menu it says I don't have f**king WIndows 7.
Is there anyway I can check I still have my OS?

Before I do this will it matter if I have installed Ubuntu on my hard disk and not partitioned it? I think it & dread it has over wrote it.

Also can I recover my windows data?

I have done what the article has said but in my hard drives there are only linux options; I have deleted windows.

Is there any way that I can restore this?
