change icon spacing back to Windows 7/8/8.1 defaults

    Hey,

    maybe you noticed microsoft changed the grid metrics for the icons on the desktop.
    It appears to be settings for bigger (4K) screens.

    However it can be changed easily by registry value. The original values from windows 7/8/8.1 was

    -1125

    instead of -1710.
