You don't need a DELL SLIC for using a DELL MasterKey.
Lenovo SLIC will work with a DELL MasterKey, as long as you install ultimate and uses the same certs as one in your bios.

ex Lenovo SLIC = Lenovo certs + Mastekey (DELL, Fujitsu, HP, Lenovo, etc)

    Run:
    slmgr.vbs -ipk <new key>

Thats all you need to do. No other changes are needed.

keys don't matter but if you want to change the key open cmd as administrator and type slmgr.vbs -ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-*****

Obviously the ***** represent your new dell key.

okay now i want to flash my bios

i ve downloaded the offical thing from acer
and i downloaded the biosmod.rom file from the modder in my first post.

    so now.

do i just have to replace the BB2-109.WPH in the DOS directory of the original acerbios

with the biosmod.rom file from the modder and rename this to BB2-109.WPH

    ???

that should work, you might get a hick up with it rejecting you for an unauthentic bios. In which case you will have to add in some switches to force it or maybe do it from dos. But you can try what you have first.
