change language-windows xp sp3

    I am currently running windows xp professional sp3 which is in English. I want to install japanese language pack. Is it possible to change the language without reinstalling windows..? If so please help me.

    If you obtained Japanese language pack, just install it. If you have problems, maybe your keyboard language is not set to Japanese as default. Make Japanese language default for keyboard. Maybe you'll need Win XP CD-ROM to install necessary language files for the Keyboard. You also need to set Japanese as default language for the system.
