and there is not another solution than doing a reset?. BTW, I had deleted the System Reserved partition
had this behaviour since quite some time and reason was not clear because them having these problems forgot what they did with the machine. After reset, all was fine again but most of the time a lot of programs were deleted even when it was said that all should be kept. A desktop icon appeared saying what was deleted. All of that times many "things" had been changed by users and it was no way to get files back except original/genuine activated offices even after re-install !!! Other restores ran like a charm keeping everything but I was told that nothing had been altered on these machines. ... anyway, I was wondering why they all had problems ... lol
