Change user name

    My brother gave me a good laptop with Windows 7 on it. Before upgrading to Windows 7 I changed the user name in the control panel under 'user accounts'. Then I upgraded to Windows 10. The new name is listed is in the 'user accounts' in Control Panel but under C:\User it still lists my brother John as the user. Is it possible to change this?
