I've already been back and forth through Google and multiple Win7 forums and nobody offers a solid response. I'm looking to change the color of the default taskbar/system tray clock in Windows 7. I'm not sure what this entails -- if I have to alter my theme, registry entries, system files -- but if somebody could point me in the right direction, and hopefully give me a program that'll help, it'd be much appreciated.
