charms bar icons not centered?

    Any one know why my charms bar icons my not be centered there right up the top for some reason?

    wrong video driver? or incorrect resolution set for your display?

    If you are referring to Windows 8.1, it's by design, closer to whichever corner you're swiping in from, so you don't have to swipe as far.
