You probably need to make a certain number of posts before you can use the Chatroom. Unfortunately, it is not possible for any users to know when this option will open. Guidelines for using the forum are not yet available. They are still not published for users. Maybe in future it happens, but till now they are secret. If anyone knows where they currently have been published, please let us know. At least I can't find them in any way.
