well at this range of price you can have some quite decent graphic cards on ebay like nVidia's GTX 660/670 or AMD's 7850 and 7870
or you can have from a regular shop an nVidia 750 Ti.
Here is a chart from techpowerup to see approximatively which is better than which
    Code:
    techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_Ti_OC/25.html
The brands I suggest you are Asus, Msi, Gigabyte and EVGA (as long as it is a customized model, means with two or more fans, or a big one that recovers the entire card)

    have a nice day ;)

yeah thankz i will check it out
i don't want a graphic card that is a over kill for 720p.

I prefer no power lead. graphic card that takes less power using one slot,

Wait to August 17th to release GeForce GTX 950/950 Ti, it's GTX 960 shrunk = modern card with h265 support, HDMI 2.0 support.

Well, I got a used (in good condition) GTX 750 2GB (not TI) from eBay for like $70. There are similar deals for AMD equivalents. You can also catch a deal for a new one - usually for like $90 if you are ok with rebates.
