chrome/firefox + widevine CDM, stutter on spotify, netflix and amazon video

    problem persist on phone too soo....

    just removed my graphics card and tested it only with the igpu and the problem was gone.
    insert the nvidia card again and it happened again.
    uninstalled all gpu drivers with DDU in safemode, problem was gone, but of course the card is not usable like this.
    so i installed the nvidias drivers and the problem came back. also tried other drivers, older drivers etc.

    turns out it's a latency issue with nvidia drivers but i can't figure out why.
    also this makes sense, since my friend who has no problems uses a laptop and as far as i know there is always just the igpu running, except when he goes into games and so or not?
