    I think we have a problem on Cisco IPsec compatibility on latest version of MAC OSX...
    for time being can someone send me link for external VPN client?

    anyone can help me to get Cisco Anyconnect for Mac?

    You should ask the network administrator who maintains the server. It's he's task to provide the necessary client for you. If you happen to be the administrator, you should turn to Cisco directly.
