Clean copy of XP and Activation?

    I haven't used XP in years and have no idea where to look and what to download. Where could I find a clean copy of the most recent XP from MS, and how can I activate it, is there a program like Loader or KMS_VL made for XP? I just need it for use in an offline VM. Thank you.
