    Hello,

i want to clear bios system logs of this notebook (like self-diagnostic etc), because changed old damaged hdd with new one and don't want to see older errors. How can i do?
I tried load default settings, flashing with older bios and after that with a new bios..nothing changed. Also tried to find info about any command switch to pass to flasher (sp78572.exe) for forcing clearing that but no luck.

    Bios is here

    Code:
    http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78501-79000/sp78572.exe
    Any help?

does it have a cmos jumper ? If not , try pulling motherboard battery out for a few minutes..The bios flash should have worked though

It was bought 2 month ago so if i open it i lose warranty. I'm looking for a software tricks, like flasher hidden parameter o reset uefi variable.

Sorry, maybe i don't understand  In warranty=bought in a commercial store, 2 years warranty..so i can't touch it if not by software infact they made the hdd substitution.
I can't call hp saying "hello, want to clear bios system logs because at the store changed hdd but leave the errors. How can i do?" . It 'obvious that they wouldn't/can't answer except by a "if there is no a button you can't." and It's clear it's only a "cosmetic" bother, but i will be happy to remove it. Also searched in hp forums, found an old post saying "update the bios with one newer"..unfortunatly it doesen't work anymore.
