I already installed Server 2016 for 3 times to find out what is happening. Everything goes well when configuring the different options and clicking on "Account" in the settings panel works ok. Now when I open the Network and Sharing and turn on Network Discovery and File and Printer sharing and then click on the "Accounts" it crashes. All other options are working fine. Now when I leave the Network Options alone after an installation that does not happen. The fault is in the systemssettings,exe and usercpl.dll. Am I alone with this problem? I searched the Internet and did not come out with anything.
