Hi people , well after almost one month without telephone and internet provider here in my region, today the internet signal returning very slow so I think make one process against the VIVO internet & phone provider because I lost one month of my life; I need phone to call doctor or ambulance for my and my wife, this company only think in discount in my account and NO for my health problems this is not human thought, crazy world only $$ and more $$ well I am here again very happy of course. well this night I receive the bill for payment of Telefonica Brasil SA (VIVO) and this company NO discount the service interrupted in january so monday I can make process againt this company; unfortunately my country seen one boat lost in the ocean, is one caotical situation I think Please Mod close the thread
