color profile for led monitor 55 hdr ntsc

    Hi, I have a 55" 4k TV on my PC as a monitor, it's HDR at 60fps but the colors don't look very good on Windows 10
    In the specifications it says that it's an NTSC TV, but of poor quality
    I use it with an Nvidia card at YCbCr422 12bpc Limited

    With the "Monitor Asset Manager" program I extracted the information from the monitor that I leave below
    There it specifically says the colors and the range it supports
    My intention is to find an ICC color profile as suitable as possible to install on Windows, since it is with the standard
    I don't know where to look for said profile and/or how to create it based on the information I have
