I upgraded from vista to 7 ultimate and 2 days later I get a pop up Computer not runnimg genuine windows.I tried to see the activation status with the opatool v0.7 and it stated cannot find slmgr.vbs .I am new to this so when giving instructions please go slow and detailed.I did go to different forums but could not find anything out.Thanks
I am running 32 and after I downloaded it I did not put an activation number in when it asked .The author of the torrent stated I did not have to so I did what he said....oops.Thanks for helping
Confused I am a lil confused ,who do I listen to and if I follow Windows 7 Repository guide what step do I start from. I am going to try Rosco suggestion later if nobody disagrees with him and tells me other wise.Thanks again to all that helped
Follow Rosco's suggestion and if that doesn't work and it probably will then try the other suggestions to start form scratch
Errors Hello again tried Rosco`s suggestion and ran into errors when running Windows 7 Rearms Forever 2.0. I am not getting the genuine message anymore .If there is a detailed forum/thread of how to uninstall 7 and return to the great Vista. Thanks again
I'm also receiving the same message. I restored Wat2.5 restarted the computer and then removed Wat and now get a black desktop. My copy of Windows 7 Professional has worked flawlessly for 7 months prior to this. I'm using a Toshiba Satellite M30. Remove Wat is the only thing that has worked in the past. Any suggestion?
Back Up I back up my system on vista on cd should I back up my system again on the 7 that I am using now,my question will there be any problems? I also have a second question is all e-mails, favoritesand programs saved when a system back up is done? Thanks Wheels
Yes they are backed up but if you restore a few months later you will overwrite all new emails e.c.t unless you have backed those up separately.
