can't wait to see windows 8 running in my PC and lappy...this is driving me crazy...one small thing identified in this video is the user tile is not seen...may be user tile is not available for tablets or slates!!!
So with this event going on does that mean that Microsoft has officaly told the whole public that Windows 8 will be it's offical name?
Isn't it older than whatever build you're running? It's got the old aero. And btw now that this has been demoed, do you think you can show us more desktop screenshots of the build you're on canouna?
Actually, the image was from the engadget report, I was only able to paste 10 images(forum limit) out of the 20+ images.
what I would do if I was Microsoft, the following: The tablet version of Windows installed as 8 on mobile hardware, mobile phones, tablets and other mobile products. and normal windows 8 (7) interface on desktop computers. this again because the choice left to the user. windows 8 mobile version 280, - dollar. desktop version, and thus regular installation disc 90, - dollars. as a mac os x version only costs 90, - U.S. dollars even though Apple has more features than windows.Niet more choice version and version 6 100, - more. no one version for a fixed price.
So if the build is 7985, then we should be able to unlock it in that build. Now if someone who have it and can leak it (lol, here we go again) then we might can explore the tablet UI ourself.
