When I connect the Zenphone 4 (which I have switched to) to my Win 7 desktop, the "Installing device driver software, MTP USB device" windows appears. The icon rotates for about a minute, then the notice changes to "Driver was not successfully installed" and it even shows me: "device unplugged". (Which of course it is not...) Simultaneously another windows opens, which shows me the usual: "What would you like to open on the phone?) and when I click as usual on "open files and folders", it does so, and all is normal... Is there another driver for this phone that can be installed, so it is instantly recognized and connected, instead of searching unusually long? I did use another Asus, and a Xiaomi before, they connected immediately, as all other phones and tablet are, when I USB connect them? Thank you
