Consumer ESU Is Now Being Actively Offered To Me On Standard Home and Pro SKUs - But Not on ProWS

    I have tested this on two VMware VMs running W10 Home and Pro.
    Both got offered to enroll into ESUs right after a fresh install and applying all latest updates...

    But that's not the case for Pro for Workstations -- which is the closest edition to Enterprise which is theoretically eligible for ESUs according to MSFT.

    The enrollment link does not show up unless I force it to.

    What is going on?
