I have installed the windows 8.1 at laptop hp g62-a80sv and when i have installed the drivers for both cards the windows 8.1 it restart every time it doesn't go into windows 8.1.

If i uninstall or disable one of these two graphic cards then for one time it begin the windows 8.1 but still find the second graphic card and it install the drivers and makes a continous restart. Is there any solution for that problem?

At amd ati radeon 5740 it show a exclamation icon at control panel devices.

    What is that?

But at official amd site it has drivers for win 8.1 and this graphic card.

And if i make an auto search is find the intel hd graphic card drivers and install it from the official ms site.

Do you believe with these custom amd drivers my issue is solved?

I download and install the latest custom drivers of the site you tallied me but still nothing happened continuous restart remains.

My Acer 4572G has an Intel and an Nvidia Graphic on board. To get them work properly, I need to install the Driver for the Intel first, restart the laptop and install than the Nvidia driver. Maybe you have to do similar on your HP?! If you still get problems, just contact the HP Service for to get things working!
