Convert BIOS Img to ROM

    I am trying to emulate the BIOS of a physical laptop I P2ved inside the VM. So far I have only been able to obtain my BIOS as an img file. How can I convert that to a rom, or how can I dump the bios to a rom since I still have the physical laptop (if that is more efficient)?
