Convert C:\$Windows.~BT to Installation?

    Is it possible to use the files in C:\$Windows.~BT on one PC to another to upgrade to Windows 10?
    Upgrade not necessary, clean install works just as good.
    I need to prevent re-downloading of files due to Internet FUP limitations.

    You have to convert the install.esd located in either $Windows.~BT or look in c:\windows\softwaredistribution and then convert with abbodi1406 esd decryption tool.

    The install.esd/wim in that folder ($Windows~BT) is already decrypted and unpacked. Would need the install and boot.wim +Setup Files for an ISO.

    Unfortunately that folder also inlcudes a lot of unneeded files for the ISO.
