Convert .exe to .rom

    How to I convert my bios file from a .exe to a .ROM;/.WPH so that I can use PBE to edit it?

    I have managed to do this by changing the samsung folder to read only and running the exe, out of the files that I extracted I assume that it is only the wph file that is required, is this correct? or do I also need the bin file?

    Could you explain this again?? i have a samsung r70 and i need to go back to my previous version of bios.. the thing is that from samsung webpage i just get a WIN_R70_06AB.exe but if i run it, it says it will not update my bios cause i have a newer version...
    How can i extract the bios file from this .exe file?, which tool should i use to flash my bios with the wph/rom file that i get?
