Each HDD can be converted from MBR to GPT, and even if it is already in use, you can do so without losing data.
Another thing is whether you can use GPT on your computer.
I checked yes the Dell Inspiron 7520 is UEFI capable.
For more information, search and read the Dell website.
However, before you begin, I recommend that you verify that your BIOS has been updated and that the Dell UEFI software has been installed and updated.

Thank you @kaljukass for your answer.
BIOS ver. A14 is the latest in Dell site.
But please forgive me I don't know how to update "Dell UEFI software" as I can not find it in Dell site.
Last would you recommend a way to do it in Windows or a third party application?

Your screenshot clearly shows UEFI, UEFI uses GPT by default when the OS is installed.

Before you go thru all kinds of hoops, why do you want to convert?

UEFI/GPT is only needed when you want more then 4 primary partitions on one physical drive or when you want to boot a 2+TB drive.

Thanks @Enthousiast I read in many sites that this makes it more secure, that is the only reason.

    Omg, don't believe the hype.
Just don't do it. Don't risk your current installation for the sake of a false sense of security.
