As it is damn easy to get an pirated old OS turned into an 'normal' windows 10 Pro, why the heck people would like to change to Enterprise?! Once you're on Pro already activated, no any restriction are working! While changing to Enterprise the activation is restricted to 180 days. For those users who rely on and 3.party KMS Server for the reactivation, that could be quite some limitation!

Or is it just for to be able to easy off the Driver and other updates from WU?

No idea lol. Enterprise LTSB has its niche, but regular Enterprise has features that home users just don't need.
