Hi, I hope you can help me with this one, here is the scene.

Company X, installed Windows Server 2012 and activated by KMS Pico. They have now seen the error of their ways and would prefer to install a legitimate Retail key. A full reinstall is completely off the cards, and if this is what has to be done they will just continue as they have done so in the past.

I would prefer to be able to offer them a solution that allows a legitimate key to be installed and rewards them for now wanting to do things correctly. Can this be done, and if so, how? :31:

    Thanks for any help

    My guess so far is
    1) Remove Pico
    2) Attempt to activate, however as its a VLK version, it will not accept the Retail key. How do I make the licensing manager believe that its now a retail install?
