Could anyone help me upgrade the bios for chaning cpu?

    Right now i'm using pentium D 930 (3Ghz), but I want to replace it by Core 2 Duo E4500 (2.2Ghz).
    When I put it in my computer, the power is on, the fan is on, but the monitor and keyboard didn't turn on.
    This is my mainboard information
