CPU Frequency Stuck at 80%

    Hi

    The CPU Frequency is stuck at 80% in Resource Monitor

    What it means.

    Is it Hardware Problem.

    How It can be corrected . Thanks.

    Most likely one of your processes is hogging resources. Check in task manager to see what's being used .

    If in fact it is frequency (and not usage), then a power plan is more likely to blame. Set it to high performance and see if that does anything.
    If not: PC is not getting enough juice from power supply.
