CPU Rises To 100% While Running Internet Explorer 9

    Can Someone Tell Me Why My CPU Rises To 100% While Running Internet Explorer 9 I Am Running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit Operating System

    I would check the version of flashplayer that is installed. If that is current then I would begin to disable plugins one by one to determine if one of them is a problem. I would use Chrome or Firefox. Either one is better than IE any version.
