CPU speed in cpuz

    Hi all!
    I attached a picture here.
    Could you tell why CPUz utility shows that high Core Speed? I thought the CPU runs @3.70GHz. Why so high speed then?
    However I've checked temp of the CPU in BIOS and it's ok.

    3.7ghz is the stock speed and 4.3 is your boost speed.

    Thanks guys. So I guess that means that CPU is authomatically boosts itself. And I don't need to do anything. This is good. And, I just want to know if such behaviour not decreasing it's life cycle. "Hardware monitor" shows spikes in cpu voltage above average, also.
