After I successfully modded my BIOS, my CPU temperature went ~5 celsius degrees higher (idle) WHY? Please help me.

    Motherboard: M2N-VM DVI
    Previous BIOS ver.: 0808
    BIOS ver. after mod: 0905
    CPU: Athlon 64 X2 5200+ (Brisbane)
    Previous temp: 35C (95F)
    Current temp: 40C (104F)
    Environment temp: 27C (80.6F)

I'm using speedfan for temperature monitoring.

    UPDATE

I found this at ASUS BIOS version history

    Code:
    Version 0904
    Description
    M2N-VM DVI BIOS version 0904.
Fine-tune the algorism of CPU temperature detection.
Too bad I was living deceived XD but 5 degrees of differece is normal? really?
